NetSuite SuitePeople Product Managers are part of a world-wide team pursuing innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to our customer base. We balance challenging product demands to make investment decisions between new features, product improvements, and sustainability initiatives. We are highly motivated professionals responsible for handling the product lifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure crafted for small to medium-sized businesses.
As the Product Manager, you will work closely with product management leadership, business partners, customers, and the development team to drive the design and development of our US Payroll solution. This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for capturing and prioritizing feature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment. We'd like you to be a self-starter who loves to engage with customers to identify problems and collaborate with team members to find the best solutions. Qualification:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration OR in Engineering with an understanding of Business or equivalent work experience. 5+ years in HR/Payroll Technology industry 2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environmentRequired Experience:
US Payroll & Compliance Previous experience with Payroll systems 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager Desired Experience: Knowledge of Benefits, Time, and HR is also beneficial Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis Unfazed by ambiguity and demonstrate a resilience in adopting change. Good communication and presentation abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts. Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with groups of subject matter experts (SME’s) to build positive relationships.Career Level - IC2
