What you`ll do
You’ll define and drive the strategy for WalkMe-powered digital adoption initiatives as part of the WalkMe Content Adoption Program. You will own the product roadmap for our WalkMe integrations, ensuring that our onboarding and continuous learning experiences are optimized for user success. Your focus will be on aligning business objectives with user needs by leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll coordinate with engineering, marketing, and support teams to prioritize feature development and ensure that our WalkMe solutions deliver measurable improvements in user engagement and product adoption.

Expectations and tasks
Define and execute a clear product strategy for WalkMe integration that aligns with SAP’s business and user success goals. Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes WalkMe enhancements to optimize onboarding and continuous learning experiences. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to gather insights, refine requirements, and deliver impactful product features. Utilize user analytics and market research to identify opportunities for improving digital adoption and iterate on product functionalities. Present product strategies, progress updates, and performance metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment and securing buy-in for WalkMe initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure SAP remains at the forefront of digital adoption innovation.
About you
10 years in product management, with proven experience in managing digital adoption platforms or similar technologies. Demonstrated ability to translate user insights and business objectives into a cohesive, actionable product strategy. Strong proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure the impact of product initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for building consensus and driving cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in agile development settings, managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes. A proactive approach to staying updated on emerging trends in digital adoption and a commitment to continuous improvement.
