Job Requirements:

Candidates must be willing to work on a Hybrid Set-Up (reporting 3x a week at our Bangalore office) Domain Knowledge of Retail Banking including Lending. Experience in Product management.Exposure to either FLEXCUBE, Oracle Banking Platform, Finacle, Temenos.Product management/Development/Implementation experience with a core banking vendor in the area of retail banking (Current and Savings Account, Teller, Term Deposits & Lending).  Exposure to Islamic banking would be an additional advantage. Exposure to product development environment and processes,  Understanding of US Regulations in the Retail Banking Space Exposure to Corporate Banking in any Core Banking Product will be an added advantage

Job Overview:

Collaborate closely with Product Leadership, Designers, Technical Leads, Product Management teams, and customers to understand high-level requirements, create thought leadership documents, and identify strategic differentiators Analyze and incorporate external customer requirements into the product. Lead, propose and justify product directions and requirements. Work with and influence various development teams, to ensure Oracle Financial Services is customer first in its design Analyze competitive solutions and conduct research in new knowledge areas. Present feature requirements and strategic direction to stakeholders, team members, and others to gather feedback. Develop thought leadership assets to evangelize Oracle Financial Services core differentiators Coordinate with development teams to answer questions and make design and implementation decisions. Collaborate with technical leads to assess the feasibility of feature designs. Define and prioritize the product roadmap. Review end-user documentation for accuracy. Engage advisory groups for functional validation and UAT Support product Strategy Council to ensure long-term alignment with industry expectations Investigate product defects and recommend solutions. Demonstrate designed and developed product to Product and Oracle industry leadership
