We are seeking a proactive and skilled Commercial Business Analyst with Product Manager skills to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between stakeholders in the global team/market areas and our engineering team, ensuring that simplification and automation requirements are effectively translated into actionable plans and prioritized for development.

 

What you will do:

•    Engage with market areas and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
•    Collaborate closely with the LS Engineering Manager to prioritize requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features.
•    Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, fostering a positive and productive group dynamic.
•    Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and align diverse interests towards common goals.
•    Maintain a fair and structured approach to decision-making, balancing the needs of the business with those of our customers and team members.

•    Backlog Refinement – Prioritizing and maintaining the team backlog (User Stories, Enablers).
•    Clarifying Requirements – Ensuring development teams understand the business context.
•    Iteration Planning – Collaborating with teams to define Sprint goals.
•    Accepting Work – Reviewing and approving completed features/stories.
•    Customer & Stakeholder Communication – Providing regular updates and feedback loops.
 

The skills you bring:

•    Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in a commercial environment.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in groups and lead cross-functional teams.
•    Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving win-win outcomes.
•    Ability to be strict but fair, ensuring accountability and maintaining a balanced approach.
•    Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
•    Knowledge of, and commitment to working according to Agile principles.
