Job DescriptionAs Product Manager in the Commercial Goods business unit, you will be responsible for driving innovation and new program development specifically for private labels and DIY consumer goodsResponsibilities include product strategy development, creation and implementation of product roadmap, from forming a concept to launch of new product linesDrive innovation management and develop new product ideas by means of user experience studies, collaboration with product sourcing / engineering teams and competitive benchmarkingLead product packaging development across branded, co-branded and private label following internal or customer design guidelinesProduct content development including value proposition and unique selling pointsFollow release processes from concept to product launchDefine price corridors and price points by technology, product line and brand strategyDevelop communication elements (sales argumentations, USP, key visuals, OE successes) and enable internal and external marketing teams (trainings, product specs, knowledge, selling points, standard presentations, online/offline content)Qualifications3-5+ years of related work experienceStrategic mindset with experience in innovative product development and/or new product launches across Consumer Packaged Goods and Private Labels Experience working in a cross-functional matrix organizationExcellent analytical and project management skillsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to author presentations and reportsKnowledge and strong skills with MS Office applications, financial modeling, written reports, database analysis and SAP experience a plusWilling to travel 10%

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
