Job DescriptionLooking for a professional who´s main role is to support the Andean Product team strategy for the products and innovation team with focus on issuing and acquiring platforms and its strategic growth in the Andean countries .
The potential candidate will be responsible for:
research and development of materials that support different client initiatives business opportunities identification that leverages internal data to create new products or services that will increase revenue knowledge development combining different sources such as Visa data, industry trends, benchmarks and strategies new ideas development based on industry trends and Visa capabilities prepare presentations, monitor key performance indicators for internal and external clients Monitor budget performance for products Andean region Develop, coordinate and implement the strategic framework with internal and external clients and areas .
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsPossessing great interpersonal skills and being a team player, along with excellent business planning and project management abilities, is crucial. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including storytelling and presentation capabilities, are also essential. The ability to work independently and an understanding of banking operations and payment schemes, including products and services, business systems, and processes, with a preference for card acquiring experience, is important. Familiarity with analytical tools and excellent presentation skills are necessary. Identifying key strategic issues and generating and delivering creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities is vital. Being self-motivated and results-oriented, with the capability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, is key. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. A Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration from a top-tier institution, is a basic qualification. Additionally, over 10 years of relevant experience in financial, banking services, digital marketing, or fintech ecosystems, with a special focus on payments, is preferred
