The position

At Novo Nordisk, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our Rare Bleeding Disorders team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies for launching innovative products in hematology, supporting our commitment to improving patient outcomes and reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in rare disease management.

You will lead cross-functional teams to localize global strategies and execute tactical plans tailored to our market. Collaborating closely with Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Patient Experience, and Finance teams, you will drive successful launches and performance. Additionally, you will oversee operational execution, managing projects, promotional materials, and disease awareness campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients.

Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities and engaging with key opinion leaders to build long-term partnerships. You will also participate in developing the Global launch plan and represent the French affiliate in international meetings.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities

STRATEGIC PLANNING & LAUNCH MANAGEMENT

Develop a comprehensive understanding of haemophilia ecosystem, competitors and marketplace dynamics Participate in the development of the Global launch strategy with other focus countries Localize Global launch strategy cross functionally and demonstrate matrix leadership to ensure a timely and effective execution of activity plan Participate in budget forecasting, ensure monitoring and reporting with Finance and Supply

 

STAKEHOLDERS CONNECTION AND EXECUTION EXCELLENCE

Grow networks and partnerships with HCPs and patient organisation Develop training programme and seminar for sales to ensure frontline excellence Coordinate congress activity plan and take part in medical education activities

 

EXECUTING A 360° PRODUCT-RELATED ACTIVITY ROADMAP

Define and develop customer journey through marketing mix (congresses, digital, press, PR, direct marketing) for prescribers and patients with an integrated OCE approach Create promotional and environment/institutional campaigns in close collaboration with Medical/Regulatory and manage suppliers Develop initiatives related to the haemophilia care pathway for the benefit of patients and healthcare professionals, to position Novo Nordisk as a committed player in Rare Bleeding Disorders, in collaboration with Patient Experience department.

 

Qualifications

PharmD/MD AND marketing or business degree (Master or Programme Grande École) 3-5 years of experience (excluding internship) in marketing/medical positions Experience in launch planning and cross-functional project management is desired Proven track record in product management, project management, and KOL management. Former experience in Rare Disease or Oncology is a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and French.
