Product Management Senior SpecialistCommon accountabilities:
• Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
• Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
• Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
In this role, you will:
Have the E2E accountability of the product lifecycle of epics / initiatives on NDC Order servicing.
Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Product Marketing ManagementWork closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market) and Customer Solution Expert teams to define priorities and releasing plan for new products or upgradesAnalyze impacts on the end to end flow for new epics (Webservice/backend, Selling Platform connect, Cytric, billing…)Ensure solutions (to be) released meet the user needs and product readiness guidelinesPartnering with relevant stakeholders to build the backlog and roadmap in your area of responsibility
Product Development
Serve as product expert in the review and implementation of product initiativesCreate and manage the documentation of business requirements ensuring delivery in line with client and market commitmentsPartner with engineering to provide leadership in an Agile development process, setting scope, and ensuring effective prioritization of features & stories, managing daily progress, and defining acceptance criteriaArticulate & Develop value propositions and key messages corresponding to problem statements, and articulate them into new product concepts or upgradesParticipate in Agile events (PI planning, System demos…) when applicable / requiredEffectively communicating the change which includes but not limited to building and publishing Release Notes, presenting the features of customer or business stakeholders and answering their queries on a release.
