Product Development Senior Advisor - Hybrid - MyMatrixx
Job Description

The Product Development Senior Advisor drives the development and lifecycle of a product or service, and is able to take a product from problem statement to desired outcome.

Key FunctionsDevelop or manage pipeline of product opportunities and plan their implementation aligned with overall company objectivesDrive and support end to end product development/revamp and implementationDrive cross-department collaboration to ensure products and various product initiatives will be launched in a satisfactory and timely mannerDrive and support post go live monitoring, maintenance, and post-launch initiatives for specified timeframePrepare and review various product materials including but not limited to business requirements for technical initiatives, product approval documents, project and implementation plans if needed, training and sales materials, and internal/external communicationsConduct market research, competitive analysis and reports on a regular basis so as to gain insight on the latest market and product trend or related specifically to assigned initiative(s)Prepares and presents research to stakeholders and leadership to gain alignment on problem statement and go/no go decisions. This could include but is not limited to target market, pertinent research to validate recommendation, risks and mitigation strategies, ROI, and possible solutionsDrive and support ad hoc product-lead projects that may include end-to-end implementation flow and approval processSkillsData analysis and researchStrategic thinkingLeadership: although not a people leader role, needs to be able to coordinate, collaborate, and manage SMEs, stakeholders, and cross functional teams to meet deliverable datesProblem solvingOrganization and prioritizationBusiness acumenProject managementEffective communication at all levelsClinical expertise could be advantageous
