Product Definition AnalystBusiness EnvironmentThe car front end team is a very energetic team composed of DEV, QA, PDA working with scrum methodology on different products. We are looking for a PDA who will be responsible for driving technical and functional subjects, working on complex problems and conducting functional studies. The PDA will contribute to key projects, promote innovation, and support planning and team organization activities.
Your Main Responsibilities
As PDA, you will be part of a self-organizing SCRUM team that is shaping the future of travel.
Technical/Functional:
Working on complex problems or changes where analysis of requirements and systems requires in-depth evaluation
Conducting functional studies and Proof of Concept (PoC) with the support of architects and experts to evaluate a solution, its benefits, and convince decision-makers
Investigate production issues, provide clear status to involved stakeholder, follow-up on the resolutions
Planning and Organization:
Supporting management and PO to build project roadmap, planning and follow-up of the planned activities
Leading projects/initiatives and implementations
Promoting global initiatives that foster innovation
Common accountabilities :
Analyze the functional requirements and write detailed functional specifications
Coordinate different steps and actors from the building phase to delivery to ensure the compliance of the delivered functionality
Foster innovation and operational performance in the ideation of new functionalities, services and technologies
Collaborate with the product owner/product manager to complete requirements analysis, ad-hoc requests and present the solutions
Troubleshoot and investigate defects raised to ensure compliance of our products to the specifications and system integrity
Product acceptance testing to assure and determine to what degree the application meets predefined requirements
Experience Required
Excellent analysis & design skills
SCRUM/Agile methodologies
Ability to write clear and structured documentation
Previous experience in designing solutions from a functional perspective
Knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle
Advanced level of written and oral English communication skills
Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple way
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
RedHat Openshift or Kubernetes skills
Strong understanding of CI/CD concept
Experience with automation
Experience in cloud implementation and/or migration (Azure)
Proficiency with Git
Experience with GitOps deployment practices
Experience with Docker containers
Experience with Jenkins or other tool providing CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with standard solutions for application monitoring and logging
Familiar with messaging streams (Kafka) and NoSQL DB (MongoDB) is a plus
Strong interest in the DevOps culture
Very good level of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Curious to learn new things everyday
Autonomy: Learning on the job and explore with little supervision
Basic understanding of Agile methodology
