Product Definition Analyst 3Technical Knowledge
• Document end-to-end business flows of customer requirements that will assist software development teams
• Build and manage relationships with key business product owners, and stakeholders for the continual service
• Gather requirements to meet business and customer operational needs
• Lead transition from design to implementation, providing testing, support and guidance across the business
• Testing and implementation support
• Ensured the continuity of product offerings, testing and enhancements during transitioning to BAU
• High level of quality in the documentation, designs and information provided where required
Business Knowledge
• Has good general knowledge of the business processes for the business area and how they relate to other business processes in the wider ICM/Amadeus systems (airline/travel industry experience preferred). Prior experience playing a Product Owner role in a SCRUM team is highly desirable.
• Advise customers regarding product possibilities, workarounds and possible enhancements on a large or complex functional area.
• Build an understanding of the relationships between work processes and the business - both within and beyond the horizons of the immediate team.
• Keep up to date with industry standards, product changes, developments and needs.
• Influence industry standards via business contacts and working groups.
• Actively grow knowledge of new business areas
Procedural Knowledge
• Ensure deliverables meet the required Amadeus/ICM quality standards.
• Effectively apply the required procedures and methodologies.
Working with others
• Work cooperatively to achieve team goals making constructive suggestions to move things forward.
