Job Purpose

This position, reporting into the Product Availability Head for the respective cluster, is responsible for Mars Wrigley product availability. For a subset of the portfolio, they will look to ensure
optimal finished good inventory levels to maximize customer service level towards our target, whilst minimizing inventory value and eliminating write offs / NQC.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Drive product availability to ensure a sustained service level of 98.5%;

Ensure actions are driven across the supply chain to improve product availability, e.g. amendments to production planning, faster transit times, amendments to future forecast;

Apply a continuous improvement mindset ensuring that deletions are appropriately assessed and understood and that actions are implemented to prevent recurrence

Drive efficient stock management;

Proactively highlight overstock issues, identifying root causes and appropriate CI actions to ensure prevention of recurrence;

Management of stock age profile of FG preventing best before / NQC issues.

What are we looking for?

Minimum a Bachelor's degree;

At least 3 years of experience in supply chain;

Excellent command of spoken and written English;

Experience using SAP / Atlas is preferable, as well as experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);

Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
