Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious Product Analyst to join our central product analytics team. This role will drive Visa Open Banking to the forefront of data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various functions at Visa Open Banking to analyze product performance, identify strengths, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of a modern data platform for data collection, transformations, pipelines, reporting, and experimentation.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the collection of high-quality fundamental data and create accessible metrics for stakeholders through dashboards or self-service queries.
Educate stakeholders on interpreting and utilizing data, enhancing our capabilities for self-served analytics.
Focus on understanding performance drivers, conducting deep-dive analyses, and developing capabilities for A/B testing and data-driven design.
This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications2-3 years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, data scientist, BI specialist or a similar role.
Proven experience in driving analytics projects and initiatives from inception to delivery.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SQL, metrics reporting, and building dashboards/business intelligence.
Knowledge in analytical and statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, A/B tests, regression modeling, and similar techniques.
Scripting experience in R or Python’s data libraries (or Julia, Matlab, SPSS, or other) is a bonus but not a requirement.
