Main Job Purpose:

To Lead Procurement for Unilever International in NA. To lead Procurement initiatives on RM/PM, Finished Goods, MBS, Logistics in NA. Provide support to the Procurement Director and Business Partner all cross function in Unilever International Team.

Key Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for the implementation of;

Procurement Strategy on Collaborative Manufacturers of Unilever International.Support development and implementation of Unilever procurement strategies and policies.Driver and deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.Support the financial analysis of the portfolio, including price benchmarking and total cost analysis.To lead various KPIs (e.g. Savings, USQS, Contract Compliance, Payment Terms and etc) for all UI NA CMs.To lead complexity reduction programs for UI Globally.To lead the management of supplier relationships in NA. Support Procurement Director on presentations and updates for internal and external audience.To represent the Procurement Function during discussion with Collaborative Manufacturers on matters such as pricing negotiation, payment issues, new project innovations, transition/resilience projects.To lead security of key materials through the development of contingency plans and alternative materials/suppliers, working with Global Procurement teams.To lead the engagement with cross functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Legal) to execute and resolve operational issuesEnsure supplier payments on time and drive usage of electronic invoicing to UL systems.Create/update contracts in the system and ensure they get signed by suppliers.Scouting for new suppliers that are fit for purpose and in line with the Supply Chain strategy and growth ambition of UI.To lead internal Commodity Risk Management discussion/decision making.

Good understanding of suppliers and the external competitive environment in OEMs/ODMsAnalytical Skills Experience in being accountable for Target delivery. Excellent Excel/Powerpoint SlidesExcellent in Presentation SkillsAble to work in fast paced environment and manage timelinesNegotiation & communications skills, with ability to engage virtually with cross-functional teams.Digital and analytics knowledgeFinancial acumen for business cases and reporting. Experience with cost modelsExperience in Procurement transformation projects, tools and technologies.Experience in managing cross functional teams, multi supplier base procurement processesSuperior stakeholder management, both internal (across all hierarchies and functions) and external (with suppliers and consultants)

Experience Required:
