PST (process and solution team) expert for PP module

Job Responsibilities

Be contracted to BBM M2S PST team as PP expertSupport BBM daily business as production process expertSupport user errorSupport plant to solve technical issueJoin in cross function business and problem investigationAssign to project teamfor analyses or data cleansing activitiesfor process consulting and definitionfor support in migration and testingduring Go Live and StabilizationLead PIA or join in PIA as M2S PST expertInitiate or participant Genba,health checkActively join in new requirement discussionDeploy standardDrive process improvement to bring benifit to Bosch plantCollect user reasonal requirement, raise to BBM team to find solution.Share information with PST members in other regions as well as with BBM Plant ICO and BBM Key User Community. Willing to do knowledge and information exchange.Actively communicate with other BBM functions (e.g. Projects, Development)Information of process network together with PM/PD about new developed BR and process changes on a regular base (e.g. sprint information)Identify training needs and provide expertise for training measures in close collaboration with PM/PD and the BBM qualification network

Qualifications

Education:

Min. bachelor’s degree (informatics, logistics, industrial automation, or similar)

Working Experience:

Willingness to travel and work for project assignment is mandatoryHas working experience in SAP PP module user business and daily trouble shooting support, project, or consultant.

Knowledge/Skills:

Soft skill: communication, English, presentation, process analysis skill, error analysis, passionate with change and new challenge.

SAP: technical SAP knowledge, SAP process

overview, UBK RM knowledge, authorization basic concept.

Project management: Basic IT project management/coordination skills.

Process: business process overview with PP process

English: Advanced English
