You will act as the MECM\\Intune administrator responsible in implementation and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune, to perform application deployment, patch deployment and Reporting, Support Large Enterprise Deployment Technologies, and Services. You will drive complex technical solutions to improve system compliance and automation.  Additionally, you will effectively manage maximum availability and minimize disruption to the Workspace services and ensure that all agreed targets, SLA’s, and Metrics are met.

Your duties encompass collaboration with business stakeholders, promoting the standard to internal users, and ensuring timely delivery. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and cooperating with external service providers are essential aspects of your role, including client inventory, patch management, and application deployment over 300K clients.

As a Principal System Support Specialist, having strong SCCM and Intune skillset with Excellent knowledge of advanced level troubleshooting skills will also be integral to this role, certified in Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager or Intune is huge plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for implementation and configuration of Endpoint Configuration manager environments to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity. Microsoft Intune Administration – Application management, Windows Update for Business. Win32App Creation & Assignment and Windows update ring configuration. Monitoring and maintaining the MEM Hierarchy healthy and daily component health check. Responsible for SQL administration (DB health, Maintenance plan, backup, and Failover configuration). Creating SQL Queries/ SSRS Reports and Provide Business Requirement Data (Hardware/Software Inventory) to Process Owners. Maintaining Cloud management gateway services to manage Internet based clients. Addressing and troubleshooting the non-healthy agents using other SCCM tools like Client center and PSEXEC Provided Service Improvement Plans through process enhancement and automation. Work with Microsoft support team during critical component failures and migrations. Endpoint Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for improving endpoint performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. Support the ServiceNow Incidents, Problem and Change Management process and resolve close them within agreed SLA’s.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

6+ years of experience in endpoint management tools – SCCM\\MECM and Intune. In-depth and extensive experience in the implementation and administration of endpoint configuration manager. Experience in Co-Management scenarios, managing clients with both MEM and Intune. Knowledge in Intune Application management and Windows update ring configurations. Strong knowledge in troubleshooting MECM components and performing Infra upgrades. Experience in writing SQL queries and automation scripts with PowerShell. Experience with Adaptiva or other content delivery technologies. Certification in MECM or Intune Administration is added advantage. Having a high exposure to ITIL standards, Incident management and release management. Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers. Must be able to provide 24x7 On-Call support on a rotational basis during the weekend, be flexible to work during public holidays, and be required to work shift hours.
