Responsibilities:Relationship management of commercial networks, hospitals, and non-commercial research groups to support ThermoFisher book of business.Maintain open lines of communication with external site partners and internal team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise.Support multiple global workstreams as a subject matter expert, and improve engagement with academic, pediatric and rare disease research sites.Identify and onboard new site collaborations outside of North America that have strategic value to our sponsors, considering equivalent experience as an acceptable alternative to educational requirements.Serve as the therapeutic lead within the Site Collaborations team for pediatric and rare disease.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years).In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.Proven experience in relationship management within a research or clinical setting.Outstanding ability to support and engage with research sites that specialize in pediatric and rare disease indicationsStrong skills in reporting metrics and providing support for internal team members and external site customers.Demonstrated capability to identify and onboard valuable site collaborations globally.Expertise in managing multiple global workstreams as a subject matter expert.Support awarded study site identification and feasibility efforts as well as suport internal teams with pre-award site engagement
