In this role, you will work closely with DevOps, Support teams and internal / external customers to quickly investigate and mitigate critical incidents impacting service availability and reliability of cloud customers

Identify and deliver preventive measures, product improvements and automated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common and frequent issues reported by many of our key / strategic customers with critical production databases. Work closely with various product development teams to drive product / service improvements in the areas of diagnostics and resiliency.

In this role, you will be working on the areas of Support/Development/bug fixing of automation using java / python/ perl of domain in DBA and/or  DMA (Exadata) activities.
