As a Principal Consultant at Oracle Health, you will be responsible for consulting with Oracle customers to deliver Revenue Cycle Acute Case Management consulting services. You will consult with customers on comprehensive Case Management workflows, including current state and future state, and work with customers to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested. You will also need to identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to customer and project leadership, coach the customer on data collection and system design requirements, and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. Furthermore you will need to consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests and maintain customer relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives. Finally, you will need to coach and mentor associate consultants and support internal team initiatives.
