5+ years of experience working with a broad portfolio of Oracle products, including cloud-based solutions such as OCI and SaaS, with a background in implementation projects or production operations. Strong customer engagement skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results in an IT services environment. Experience working in global, matrixed teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with cloud technologies, including OCI and SaaS, and an understanding of their impact on business transformation. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

ITIL certification or equivalent training. Knowledge of AI-driven analytics tools and automation techniques for operational optimization.
