\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nTo act as the single point of contact for one brand, but work as part of a team that will manage multiple client activity for VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Cupra and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles\nBe accountable to the Customer Services Manager, supporting the Volkswagen Press Fleet Manager, and be responsible for providing an industry leading press vehicle road test service on behalf of the Volkswagen Press Office\nPress Fleet management – planning and scheduling of fleet with associated documents in place, vehicle order chasing, progressing of new vehicles and defleeting vehicles in accordance with vehicle history and client requirements\nWork alongside the Volkswagen Press Fleet Manager with responsibility for day to day journalist and VIP liaison for press vehicle activities.\nIdentify mutually beneficial opportunities, research, complete cost benefit analysis and make recommendations to the decision makers for both the Service Partner and individual Brand press office\nTo assist the Account Manager and Customer Service Manager (or equivalent) with the development of the Service Partner relationship with Brand press office\nResponsible for the press fleet administration tasks, in conjunction with Service Partner account team\nSupport Brand Press Office with planning and execution of events, attend if required\n\nRequirements:
\n\nProven specialist knowledge of PR and media is essential (ideally within the motor industry)\nExperience of fleet management, with a strong understanding of the Brand product range and competition\nExcellent customer service skills at all levels\nStrong Organisation / planning / prioritisation skills\nExperience of conducting research, market intelligence and provision of business case for new and up-and-coming opportunities\nStrong administrative skills\nAbility to handle press information requests in a timely fashion\nFull, clean driving license is essential\n\nWhat We Offer:
