WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will:

\n\nBe responsible for delivering all of the new product launches for the VWG brand\nAct as the main point of escalation dealing with service issues and problem solving, communicating at all times with the brand\nResponsible for training and developing a team of Press Specialists and Administrators\nWorking with key stakeholders within operations and logistics, to ensure the high levels of customer service are delivered throughout the booking process\nProviding consultation and proactive fleet management, adopting best practice and striving for continuous improvement and innovation at all levels\nAccount Management ensuring clear and effective communication with the customers\nCo-ordinate operational meetings to discuss departmental priorities and work together to deliver objectives\nRegular team 121's setting targets and objectives, working on career plans and employee development\nStakeholder management liaising with workshop, body shop, logistics, valeting and other key departments – developing and maintaining great working relationships\n\n

\n\nPrevious experience within a similar management role is essential (Account Management, Customer Service Management, Team Management)\nAutomotive sector experience or knowledge would be desirable, but not essential\nPrevious experience of people management, managing a team and managing stakeholder/Customer expectations\nStrong communicator at various levels - Verbal and written\nManagement of end to end processes\nCommercial and financial experience or awareness\nAbility to drive best practices and processes\nKeen eye to details\n\n
