**Job Title : Poultry Technical Manager – South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri Lanka)** **Location:** India (with regional responsibility for Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka) **Job Type:** Full-time **Industry:** Animal Health / Livestock / Poultry Production We are seeking an experienced **Poultry Technical Manager** to lead technical support, product development, and customer engagement across South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. This role requires deep expertise in poultry nutrition, health, and farm production management. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams, distributors, and key customers to drive product adoption and deliver innovative solutions for poultry producers in the region. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities:** + Provide **technical support** and training to customers, sales teams, and distributors across India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. + Develop and implement **nutrition and health programs** to optimize poultry performance. + Conduct field trials and **product evaluations** to support business growth. + Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and product effectiveness. + Support **marketing and sales strategies** with scientific insights and technical content. + Represent the company at **industry events, conferences, and technical seminars** . + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the regional poultry industry. **You Bring:** + **Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field** (Master’s or PhD preferred). + **5+ years of experience** in poultry production, nutrition, or health management. + Strong understanding of **poultry industry trends, biosecurity, and disease management** in South Asia. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple countries and cultures. + Proficiency in **English** and knowledge of local **Indian** languages is an asset. + Willingness to travel extensively within India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. **The application process.** Interested in this position?
