PMO Manager - BPC (2-Years Contract)

Position Title: PMO Manager – BPC

Work Location: Minburi Factory, Bangkok TH

Employment Type: Full time Contract (2-Years)

Role Purpose

The PMO Manager will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the Camelot transformation program. This position will be responsible for providing project governance, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. The PMO Manager ensures timely execution of deliverables and alignment of resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance & Oversight

Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget

Facilitate risk and issue management, including escalation and resolution tracking

Maintain an integrated project timeline and milestone tracker

2. Cross-Workstream Coordination

Act as liaison across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Planning & Logistics

Manage interdependencies and resolve cross-functional issues

Ensure collaboration and milestone alignment across workstreams

3. Planning & Reporting

Support planning activities: timeline development, resource allocation, and milestone tracking

Maintain project documentation including reports, dashboards, and summaries

Track KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders

Lead financial tracking of program savings with Finance

4. Risk & Issue Management

Identify and manage risks across workstreams

Develop mitigation plans and maintain a central risk register

Lead issue resolution and escalation protocols

5. Stakeholder Communication & Governance

Act as the main point of contact for project communications

Coordinate with functional teams for timely information flow

Organize governance forums (weekly syncs, SteerCo meetings)

Present updates and ensure accountability on action items

6. Resource & Budget Management

Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting

Support resource planning and utilization tracking

Candidate Profile

5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation programs

Strong understanding of project governance, planning, and execution frameworks

Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage complex timelines, interdependencies, and risks

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
