Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Service Delivery Leadership
• Own and lead global PLM service delivery across multiple industries—Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, High-Tech.
• Ensure seamless program execution with on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive delivery governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management with a focus on zero business disruption.
2. P&L Ownership & Financial Governance
• End-to-end responsibility for PLM practice P&L including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and profitability.
• Track and optimize delivery cost, resource utilization, and margin performance.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met while improving cost-to-serve efficiency.
3. Quality, Cost & Timeline Accountability (QCT)
• Establish robust quality assurance mechanisms and governance frameworks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Maintain rigorous control over scope, cost, and timeline in every engagement.
4. Strategic Client Engagement
• Act as the executive point of contact for client CXOs and delivery stakeholders.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Service Performance discussions.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients, enabling account growth and strategic alignment.
5. Presales & Solution Engineering
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and domain experts to craft compelling PLM proposals.
• Lead bid management, estimations, SoWs, and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct workshops, PoCs, and platform demos to influence customer decision-making.
6. Ecosystem & Partner Management
• Forge and manage strategic alliances with PLM OEMs (Siemens, PTC, Dassault, CONTACT).
• Drive co-innovation and joint GTM strategies with technology and consulting partners.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and PLM consortiums.
7. Capability Development & Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Drive competency development, upskilling programs, and talent retention.
• Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation.
8. Innovation & Asset Creation
• Drive creation of proprietary IPs, frameworks, and accelerators to reduce time-to-value.
• Promote use of AI/ML, cloud-native PLM, digital twin, and other next-gen technologies.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience :
20+ years of industry experience, with 5+ years in global delivery leadership for PLM engagements
Mandatory/requires Skills :
•Strong expertise in Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, and CONTACT PLM platforms.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale PLM programs with distributed delivery models.
• Deep understanding of ITIL, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and program governance.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, stakeholder alignment, and presales wins.
Preferred Skills :
•PLM Platform Certifications (e.g., Siemens, PTC, Dassault).
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud-based PLM and integration with ERP, MES, CAD systems.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory and compliance standards.
• Prior experience working in global delivery organizations or SI firms.
