What You'll Do

You will join the Platinion recruiting team and be responsible for supporting the recruiting activities for our tech consulting hires based in Amsterdam. You will act as a trusted advisor on the approach to identify, recruit and hire top talent and drive the implementation of this strategy. As a recruitment expert you will be expected to have a good understanding of the target groups and how to engage them. With input from Platinion leadership you will operationalise the sourcing, screening, relationship building, offer preparation and delivery and hiring processes for all candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. It is critical that you maintain high quality standards and deliver a positive experience for all candidates and key stakeholders at each phase of the recruiting process.      

 

Your tasks will include:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Platinion Amsterdam, but also some times London, Brussels and Johannesburg in collaboration with other recruitersDeveloping synergies and sharing best practices within the wider Platinion and BCG recruiting teamImplementing the recruiting strategy and sourcing candidates using different sourcing channels: direct approach, referrals, social media platforms, job boards etc.Manage the Campus recruiting activities, building relationships with universities, organising eventsBriefing and managing agencies when neededManaging the recruiting process ensuring a good candidate experience, a rapid and consistent process across the regionPro-actively leading the administration for end to end recruitment from updating the applicant tracking
system (8fold), all interview logistics and correspondence, packs for internal briefing meetings, 
follow-up documents for de-brief meetings and overall ensure the smooth running of the processManaging key stakeholder relationships (MDs, Directors, consultants) as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of both the Platinion business, role requirements and desired candidate profilesAligning with PLA LAB system leader, LAB Talent Senior Manager, MDs and Directors to discuss hiring plans, taking briefs and working closely to meet the hiring needsActing as the local point of contact, making sure new joiners are on-boarded well and helping team members navigate across the organizationHelping the PLA LAB Talent team with some specific actions when neededBeing the key contact for all Amsterdam recruiting activitiesCollating data, statistics and reports on Amsterdam Recruiting activities as requiredContributing to the review of the approach to recruiting, challenging current thinking, developing and re-defining new ideas, concepts and best practiceLeading new projects and initiatives to improve the recruiting process

What You'll Bring

3-5+ years of structured candidate sourcing and recruiting successful experience ideally in the technology/consulting spaceExperience working for/in professional servicesExperience recruiting candidates with extensive IT background: architects, developers, IT consultantsStrong academic credentialsFluency in English
