Key responsibilities:

To analyse and optimise business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Support projects aimed at driving operational improvements and achieving strategic goals.Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies.Work closely with cross-functional teams is required to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence.
