During this 18-month programme you can look forward to:
Automation Expertise: The ability to understand, design, implement, and effectively use automated systems and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. This involves adaptability, problem-solving, understanding workflows, project management, technical expertise, collaboration, and quality assurance.Business Intelligence (BI): The ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning which includes, Data analysis, reporting, data management and strategic thinking.Client Relationship Management (CRM): The ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, equipped by strong communication, customer service, negotiation and data management skills.Collaboration: Achieving a common goal through the ability to work with other effectively, using communication, teamwork, creative problem solving, flexibility and conflict resolution.Data Analytics & Measurement: The ability to interpret complex data through technical proficiency and analysis, presenting it clearly using visualization tools and storytelling.
