DescriptionThe Personal Assistant of our pre-opening in Brazzaville, Congo will set up the Executive Office and ensure a professional and smooth operation of the hotel executive office representing the General Manager, the hotel and Kempinski at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for an skilled individual, ideally with pre-opening experience.
Key Responsibilities\nEnsure smooth operations within the executive department.\nDaily organisation of all incoming mail, calls and tracing file.\nStrong support to the General Manager with all office administration.\nProject organisation with guidance by the General Manager.\nPlan internal events and meetings.\nEvaluate guest questionnaires / supervise Customer Satisfaction Tool.\nAct as an internal mediator between departments.\nCo-ordinate public relation issues and sales transactions.\nPlan and execute mailings.\nComplaint handling.\nPrepare and coordinate VIP arrivals etc. \nCommunicate hotel philosophy and represent the hotel internally and externally.\nOrganise travel arrangements for the General Manager.\nParticipate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes.\nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Job Requirements\nFluent in French, good command in English is a plus\nConfident with computer systems (Microsoft)\nGood communication skills\n
