HR Administration: Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and managing benefits administration. Handle employee life cycle events such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency with employee centricity Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required. Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
