People & Culture Project Management Senior Specialist

Summary of the role:

As P&C Project Management Senior Specialist, you will support the People & Culture (P&C) team in driving strategic initiatives, data analysis, and reporting for the Hospitality Business Unit. With a strong background in data analytics and reporting, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to various global P&C projects, organizational changes, and transformation programs. You will help execute the strategy, monitor progress, and provide valuable insights to enhance decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

P&C Strategic Planning & Data Analysis

Collaborate with the P&C Business Partner team to assist in designing short, mid, and long-term strategies for the Hospitality unit.Assist in translating business and P&C objectives into actionable outcomes.Compile and organize plans to help build clear, effective P&C roadmaps.Support the development of global monitoring and reporting processes, including creating dashboards and tracking KPIs/OKRs.

Special Projects & Initiatives

Support the implementation of special strategic programs for the HOS unit and Corporate P&C.Provide data-driven insights and support the decision-making process.Assist in the communication and coordination of initiatives with key stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics

Design and create dashboards to track relevant P&C metrics and provide actionable insights.Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HOS QBRs, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with the HOS Strategy team to align and track activities, projects, and action plans.Partner with the ESG team to align social objectives within the ESG roadmap.

Corporate Processes & Support

Support the coordination of global P&C processes (e.g., Talent Reviews, Grading, Salary Reviews) by analyzing data and ensuring smooth execution.Provide ongoing support to the HOS P&C team in various P&C activities and projects.

About ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.3-5 years of experience in a consultancy or HR role with strong data analysis and reporting experience.Highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Ability to collaborate across teams, both strategically and operationally.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and managing multiple priorities.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
