People & Culture Local Services Associate (f/m/d) 

 

 

SAP Switzerland is looking for a People & Culture Local Services Associate to join our Human Resources team. This position is initially limited-term, with the possibility of extension. 

 

What you'll do

People & Culture Local Services offers specialized support where unique country needs arise while delivering consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. We support efficient and compliant HR service delivery by combining local labor expertise and a deep understanding of processes. P&C Local Services is responsible for resolving employee requests, consulting employees, and conducting operational HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, including parts of onboarding, contractual changes, and the termination process. The P&C Local Services Associate collaborates closely with all other HR teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

On-boarding of new hires and related administration. Second-level support for all employee HR inquiries. Personalized and localized HR support for employees via 1:1 meetings. Administration of contractual changes, benefits, and absences. Document and signature management. Creation of HR statements, verification, and employment letters. Update of corporate Portal and HR Knowledge Base. Involvement in the exit procedure.

 

What you bring

A graduate of business administration or an HR-related field is preferred. German & English language skills, written and spoken fluently, are essential. Knowledge of Swiss employment law/ legislation. Good knowledge of HR processes. Customer orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Accuracy / high attention to detail. Ability to plan and organize work well but be flexible at the same time. Work independently without supervision, self-driven and motivated. Ability to work with confidential information. User knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
