Ericsson Estonia is looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our local People Function team. The core focus of this role is to drive people processes and strategy in Estonia together with leaders and stakeholders. 

 

This is a hybrid position based at Ericsson Estonia Supply site in Tallinn (Peterburi tee 67a).  

 

What you will do


•    Drive people processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions within an organizational unit or country level in close cooperation with line management and local & global people team
•    Facilitate execution of organizational change initiatives and programs
•    Influence the talent experience in Ericsson Estonia through pioneering innovative ways of working, digital solutions and analytics.
•    Influence diversity best practices & inclusion programs
•    Manage pay and recognition related matters
•    Take the lead in People Compliance space across units located in Estonia, by proactively implementing global and unit specific compliance projects and processes 
•    Advise and partner with internal and external stakeholders and leaders about local people related matters

 

The skills you bring


•    5+ years of previous work experience in Human Resources/People Function on People Partner level role, preferably in global matrix organization
•    Experienced in managing HR (People) projects, including defining scope, driving execution, and managing competing priorities
•    Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Estonia labour law
•    Thorough understanding of local employment trends and industries to enable driving of change programs that position Ericsson in the local market as an attractive employer
•    Strong communication and presentation skills in English 
•    Demonstrated leadership potential and drive
•    Excellent analytical and presentation skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
•    Eager to take on accountability, new opportunities and challenges with high energy and enthusiasm
•    Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources (preferably), Business Administration or related field
