JOB PURPOSE:
To assist in services and functions relating to recruitment, orientation, employment, personnel data administration, coordination of document flow.
This is a part time position, 4hrs per day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Be the point person for HR related issues in Area.
• Facilitate recruitment process, preparation and wide distribution of job advertisements in timely manner, arrange and conduct interviews and tests.
• Proactively seek for opportunities to attract new candidates.
• Conduct reference check for selected candidates ensuring Child Protection related questions are asked.
• Upon HR Coordinator and/or Head of Support Services request negotiate offer with selected candidate.
• Provide feedback to candidates on interview results and selection decisions.
• Ensure that recruitment evidence is submitted to HR Department.
• Coordinate with HR Coordinator to ensure all required documents are submitted in order to prepare contract.
• Ensure that all personnel files are up to date.
• Scanning and documenting all HR documents/files.
• Facilitate adequate orientation of new staff; ensure respective managers provide specific induction to their new staff.
• Keep HRIS system up to date.
• Keep HR-related templates updated available to all staff. Provide assistance to all staff in filling-in the templates as per requirements and insure their on-time delivery to HR Department.
• Follow up and coordinate HR related document flow and requests with HR Department.
• Maintain benefits related information (if applicable).
• Support with documents translation whenever necessary.
• Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification:
1. University/college degree recognized in Higher Education or equivalent is required.
Required Professional Experience:
1. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource administration
2. Experience and knowledge of Human Resource practices, including recruitment and hiring.
3. Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
4. Good communication skills, in both written and oral form.
5. Honesty and personal integrity.
6. Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a high multi-national environment.
7. Attention to details.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion is mandatory for this position, and not doing so will be cause for termination.
10. Adaptability and flexibility.
11. Able to work independently.
