About this opportunity:
As the SCP CI Owner, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and bridge across all stakeholders, both internally and externally. Your primary responsibility is to drive the SCP CI team and ensure our CI system supports fast feedback, product reliability, and continuous delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities CI System & Test OwnershipLead and own the execution and maintenance of:
DI, SFT, All massive regression
Sanitizers
TTCN for EPG and EPG_INT
ST CL2 pipeline
Document flows and architecture using Mimer
Monitor pipelines, register and track TRs (including unstable issues), and fix non-product-blocking issues
Efficiency & AutomationShorten blocking time via proactive communication, lock notifications, and drive unlocking activities
Automate:
Lock status escalations
KPI collection (commits/failures/locks/time)
Failure re-creation
Bi-sect test design
TTCN massive regression per weekend
CI Strategy & InnovationIncrease sanitizer coverage in official gating
Build a portal-based visualization for results tracking and trend analysis
Identify and escalate early-phase quality issues
What You’ll Need to SucceedStrong technical background in CI/CD, C++ , test frameworks, and automation pipelines
Excellent collaboration and communication skills – comfortable working across functions and time zones
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
Prior experience leading virtual/global teams is a plus
Familiarity with TTCN, Sanitizers, ST/CL2 tools, and visualization platforms is highly desirable
