Payroll Specialist

Our Exciting Opportunity:
This position will involve working in the HR Time, Payroll and benefits team, supporting all HR payroll related deliveries.

You will:
•    Perform monthly payroll delivery, social insurance, pension and yearly activities with payroll vendor to ensure payroll delivery with 100% accuracy and punctuality.
•    Perform the contract and application of social insurance and pension activities under but not limited to below scenarios: severance, company contract of group insurance, stock purchase plan etc.
•    Perform employee information related activities includes data maintenance in local payroll system with payroll vendor
•    Act as key role to participate in Global and local HR Projects for implementation in Japan
•    Prepare required work instruction and supporting documents for internal and external audit from Time, Payroll and benefits perspective.
•    Any other HR related operational activities and payroll vendor management
•    Resolve all escalated issues and problems in prompt, accurate and confidential manner.
 
Key Qualifications: 
•    Strong organizational and analyzing skills that reflect the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details
•    Fluent in written, reading and spoken English:
PC and related documents are in English; TOEIC above 700 points; English email communication with stakeholders and foreign employees are required
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Excel: Familiar with base operation, excel sheet creation, excel function (IF, VLOOKUP etc.), Pivot Table etc.
Outlook: Familiar with email writing, schedule management, meeting call experience etc.
Power Point: Familiar with base operation, correction etc.
Word: Document writing experience, familiar with business writing skill
•    Good Team player and collaboration with open minds
•    Result driven and can work under pressure

Work experience:
•    Experience of payroll, social insurance, pension activities is must.
•    English working experience: English secretary experience or admin administrative experience
is preferable. English communication ability.
•    Ability of calculation and check excel data promptly and accurately is must
 
Additional requirements:
•    Administrative activities experience: documents filing and documents writing etc.
•    HR related activities experience: New hire NEO, leaving checkout process, answer employee’s query etc.
