Accountabilities

Primarily responsible for payroll service domain across multiple countries, which are supported by Delivery Centre and in-Country HR Operations.Ensure payroll updates with internal and external compliance requirementsManage payroll vendor in specific countries to ensure timely delivery of services, meeting agreed SLA and contractual fulfilment.Delivery of annual compensation cycle as well as payroll projectsEnsure development & deployment of new or improved offerings, processes, policies and functions in Payroll Deliver analysis of volumes, trends and issues to proactively identify service improvementsRespond to service escalations and play an active role in resolution and closureManagement of payroll Change RequestsConduct audits of payroll system to ensure adequate access control and meet disaster recovery and system resiliency requirementsWork closely with HR Operations teams and CoEs to implement, improve and deploy global services.Any other activities that ensure successful completion of activities across the team.

Critical knowledge & experience

5-8 years’ experience in payroll management, governance and statutory compliance.Experience in vendor managementKnowledge of Service levels and key metrics used to drive performance improvementCustomer service delivery against specific requirements and timelinesPreference will be given to candidates with: Hands-on experience in the payroll transformation process (integration, implementation) and multi-country payrolls

Critical personal capabilities

Substantial experience in HR related roles with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management or associated fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levelsExcellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things doneMust be good in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointStrong prioritization and time management skillsAdaptable and flexible to workload, Strong analytical and problem-solving skillAbility to work in a challenging environment and multitask.Fluent in English
