Abbott is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Partnership and Influencer Lead who enjoy building relationships with individual KOL, or partnership with different brands or communities/organizations.
The position will lead the partnership development with all tiers of Influencers across social platforms and extend partnership Networks with different brands, organizations and communities which have the similar types of target users with win-win solutions.
You will closely work with Marketing Innovation Manager, Content Lead and O2O Operation team to develop Influencer, Marketing and Sales Partnership & Community strategies all the way to execution in order to generate growth for the O2O business both in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Influencer marketing + sales, and commercial partnership with strong relationship Network in mom and baby communities or in nutrition products for household.

**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
+ Develop, execute Influencer & Partnership strategy together with Marketing Innovation O2O team and propose proper plans for social platforms/channels to deliver business outcomes.
+ Enjoy setting up, maintaining, and upgrading relationships with individual KOLs, KOCs, or testing different partnerships with different brands or communities/organizations who have the same strategic user segments.
+ Collaborate with internal teams in briefing, negotiating & closing the deal with Influencers/Brands/Organizations to proceed the campaign.
+ Proactively explore, identify, and engage online and offline to establish, manage good relationships with influencers, top content creators, community leads/admin/moderators (potential and current impactful faces) in coordination with third – parties (Tiktok, Meta, Youtube, etc …).
+ Build and strengthen network with top social influencers, community leads/moderators, community heads to foster dialogue and promote their partnerships with business in short term & long term.
+ Proactive explore, identify to establish strategic partnerships with platforms, commercial brands, community such as Grab, kindergartens (for pediatric), nursing homes (for adults), and other brands (e.g., MyKingdom, Lego, Momo,…) to create joint marketing initiatives that leverage shared resources and strengths, thereby increasing user acquisition, driving sales, and reducing marketing costs
+ Manage end-to-end influencer/partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, marketing goals and brand standards.
+ Monitor and report on influencer/partnership performance metrics and campaign ROI, adjusting strategies and plans as needed, to ensure campaign performance.
+ Collaborate with the internal & external teams to develop and implement initiatives relevant to influencers, partnership, social community to accelerate the business performance.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer and partnership marketing best practices, and competitor activities and propose the improvement/growth action plans.

**_MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_**
**_Work_** **_Experience_**
At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing; including 1 year in the same position.
**_Education_**
Bachelor Degree: Business/ Commercial/ Public Relations
_Professional Skill_
+ Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms & influencer market, partnerships, deep knowledge about Mom and Baby category is a plus.
+ Commercially and creatively minded with Win-win approach.
+ Well-manage workload, negotiation skill, promptly give solutions to solve issues.
+ Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies.
+ Able to work on tasks with details or enjoy talking to people to change status quo.

+ Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
+ Highly skilled at relationship building and enjoy working with people across classes.
+ Need to be social savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone as well as with different internal & external stakeholders.
+ Extrovert and open-minded, result-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic with a high sense of responsibility.
