ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic company delivering creative and results-driven solutions is seeking a talented Senior Paid Media Manager to join its Digital Agency team. This role focuses primarily on Paid Ads Management, with an emphasis on Facebook/Meta (85%) and Google Ads (15%). You will take full ownership of your client portfolio, managing everything from onboarding and tracking setup to campaign execution and optimisation. To succeed, you’ll need proven experience in paid media, a passion for data analysis, and a sharp eye for maximising ROI. DUTIES: Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance) Monthly media planning Troubleshooting paid ads issues Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via Excel and a reporting tool Onboarding new paid ads accounts Send paid invoices to clients Ad copy editing Campaign budget management Ad hoc admin tasks related to paid ads REQUIREMENTS: Lead Generation Campaign Management eCommerce Campaign Management Paid Media Strategy Paid Media Account Set Up Target Audience Set Up Knowledge of tracking requirements for conversion and app ads Ad Copywriting/Editing Reporting & Analysing Data Must have in-depth knowledge and experience using the below tools & platforms: Facebook/Meta Ads (Preferably 3+ years) Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years) LinkedIn Ads Twitter Ads TikTok Ads Setting up paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook/Meta & Google) Dashthis Reporting Tool (or similar) Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag/pixels Asana Project Management Tool (or similar) Qualifications: Facebook/Meta Blueprint Certification Google Ads Certifications Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification
