Job Description:

Role : Packaging Development Technologist

Location : Hyderabad

Job Purpose

The core purpose of the job is to assist business with desirable packaging solutions for various ongoing Projects as a part of Mars 5 Principles and Sustainability goals.

Job Responsibilities

To design packaging (Primary and secondary) as per business requirements

To Collaborate with key stakeholders (Production/ Reliability/Q&FS) to efficiently carry out all requirements of plant trials and validation of new pack formats and Existing Pack formats for all DRY projects under the guidance of Site Packaging PPI.

To Collaborate with key stakeholders (Market quality Team/Q&FS) to efficiently carry out all requirements of Transit Validation Trials for New and Existing Pack Formats under the guidance of Site Packaging PPI

To Collaborate with key stakeholders (Activity Team/Commercial Teams ) to efficiently manage Specification and Artwork Management for New and Existing Pack Formats under the guidance of Site Packaging PPI

To support Packaging Testing/Study (Competition Bench market study, Packaging Testing at

external labs, Support in Shelf life study) as per R&D team requirements.

To drive Projects related to New Product development, quality and continuous improvement projects related to Packaging as per Mars 5 principles.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Qualification

Post Grad Diploma/master’s degree in Packaging science.

2. Knowledge/Experience

Overall 2+ years of experience in good FMCG,
