About the Role
The Outlets Manager reports to our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and will oversee our Tea Lounge, Promenade Cafe and Speakers Corner. You will be responsible for managing these outlets as successful independent profit centres, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hyatt International standards.
The Outlets Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for creating positively memorable experiences for a diverse range of clientele. Proven demonstrated ability to successfully market outlets, within a hotel environment, highly regarded.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing positive, professional relationships with both guests and colleagues alike.Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, such as upselling techniques or promotional events.Plan flexible rosters, work schedules and assignments based on business levels.Conduct regular department briefings and ensure Food and Beverage associates receive relative communication regarding operations, events and promotionsDeveloping and executing marketing plans to attract customers, including advertising, promotions, and special events.Ensuring venues are prepared for service according to defined standards.Handle guest complaints effectively, ensuring service recoveryHiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members, including food and beverage attendants, hosts, bartenders, supervisors.Managing budgets for the outlets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue while minimizing costs.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.About Hyatt
