We are seeking a Senior Learning Designer to play a pivotal role in our Federal Learning Design team, whose primary focus is developing and maintaining training assets for Oracle Health’s largest federal client, Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Senior Learning Designer, you will apply instructional design best practices to develop and maintain computer-based and instructor-led training content for our client.
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.6 years of experience relevant to this position. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to make independent judgements as the job duties are varied and complex. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
