Oracle North America Application (NAA) – Shared Services (SS) is the team which provides product expertise to sales, customers & partners in Oracle. Oracle has a large community of Sales Consultants that engage daily in tasks such as:
- Reusable product presentations, customizations & demonstrations by translating our customer's
business needs into Oracle solutions.
- Advising customers & partners on how best to use Oracle products
- Technical proofs of concept including the ones with data provided by clients
- Interacting with product development about new releases and new functionality

Our Oracle NAA SS Demo Engineering team is a team of custom demo builders and solution finding masters with a passion for all Oracle Cloud Solutions and the desire to stay ahead of the technology curve.
Role Overview:
This highly rewarding role will offer you the opportunity to leverage your knowledge and skills of Oracle Logistic Solution, consisting of Transportation Management, Global Trade Management and Warehouse Management cloud applications, and work in unison with Oracle’s best field sales consultants, solving complex customer problems and translating customer requirements into solutions that drive business results. Building amazing demos and helping sales. This is a critical role in driving the continued success of Oracle’s customers in North America.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A passion for learning and continuously developing in Logistics, Transportation and Supply Chain areas.
- Ability to discuss key industry issues and a passion for figuring out solutions.
- 3-5 years previous Logistics, Transportation or Warehouse Management implementation or consulting
(Pre-Sales) experience in SCM solutions
- Operational Background in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Global Trade, Warehouse
Management
- Oracle Cloud Transportation Management (Operational Planning, Transportation Management, Fleet
Management, Logistic Network Modelling), Oracle Cloud Global Trade Management (Tariff Management,
Trade Compliance, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, Global Trade Analytics) or Oracle Cloud
Warehouse Management experience required.
- Ideally to be worked / have knowledge of other Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oracle Cloud and its
modules: Inventory Management Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Maintenance
Cloud, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Cloud.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in various industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Higher Education, and Life Sciences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- High energy & drive coupled with strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to exercise good judgment.
