Lead the automation and incident management of parts of our optical network. + **Code Implementation and Optimization:** Write, enhance, and streamline code for managing and automating optical networks, emphasizing scalability and efficiency for AI networks. + **Telemetry and Data Analysis:** Monitor AI-optimized optical network telemetry and use data analytics to identify issues and improve products and services. Develop tools for automatic problem resolution and continuous network improvement. + **Operational Readiness and Incident Management:** Serve as the primary contact for incidents, quickly addressing issues and implementing fixes. Work with various teams for fast resolution and use automation to avoid future problems. Share insights from incident reviews. + **Continuous Improvement and Trend Adaptation:** Keep up with optical networking and AI advancements. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
