Key responsibilities:

\n\nAll employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities\nInteracting with various departments within DHL.\nEnsuring service quality on a daily basis.\nMeeting all targets set by DHL management.\nEnsure all H&S policies are adhered to and a H&S culture is promoted.\nTo assist in full yard duties and incorporating the stillage housekeeping and monitoring.\nEnsure departmental Objectives are met\nUsing various DHL systems including AS400, CALMS, NMIV & email\nEnsure connection targets are met.\nEnsure all GSOP requirements are adhered to.\nEnsure HMC procedures are complied with.\nProvide support and cover for Airside Logisitic Yard Senior Agent.\nBe a key member of a motivated and high performing team\nFollowing SSOW and company procedures.\nFollow correct methods of manual handling at all times\nThe loading/ unloading of freight from containers\nAttend all briefings and meeting as directed by Supervisor/Senior Agent\nParticipate in all mandatory and job-related courses\nHandling all freight with care\nChecking of freight to the correct destination/ area\nMaking use of our scanning system (AS400) for import/ export of all shipments\nSafe driving of warehouse machinery/ equipment\nTo work in line with company’s processes & procedures (GLOBAL SOP, GSAM), displaying best H&S practices\nAll employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.\nYou must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn.\n

You’ll bring to this role:

\n\nDriving License\nSafety first attitude. You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required.\nGood communication skills\nMust be a team player\nMust meet criteria for issue of an Airside Pass (with full 5 year employment/non employment history)\nTo be physically able and have manual handling skills\nManual handling skills\n\n
