The Operations Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Life Science is responsible process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement and compliance and safety. This position is part of Life Science and Diagnostics departments located in Miami, FL and will be onsite. You will be a part of the multi-Opco Team and report to the Operations Manager responsible for Life Sciences and Microbiology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Apply analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas or improvement and implement effective solutions. + Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies. The essential requirements of the job include: + High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience + Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email. It would be a plus if you also have possessed previous experience in: + Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
