Role Overview:
This role will be pivotal in driving the implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiency, innovative digital solutions, enhancing customer experiences, and working with 3p (Yakeen, Thiqah, providers etc.) to ensure ensuring best in class service delivery in alignment with Cigna's global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Transformation:
1) Lead the business transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction including focus on digital (mobile app, portal)
Implement cutting-edge digital solutions for health insurance products and services.
2) Oversee the development and integration of mobile applications, online portals, and other digital channels.
Project Management:
1) Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of local projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2) Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders for seamless project implementation.
Automation:
1) Implement automation on data upload, processing and underwriting capabilities.
2) Build seamless processes which increase efficiency, reduce human errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
Target Market capability:
1) Support the development of digital platforms (websites, mobile apps) that are tailored to the Saudi market with user-friendly interfaces, and features that cater to local preferences.
2) Implement localization features with variety payment method gateway integrations such as buy now pay later, apple pay, etc. Use predictive modeling to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies proactively Optimize for high-speed performance across various devices, considering internet connectivity variances in different regions of Saudi Arabia Regulatory
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian regulations and Cigna’s global policies. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business/IT management, with a proven track record in digital transformation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the latest digital technologies and cybersecurity practices.
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, preferably in the Middle Eastern market.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Skills:
Expert on MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Excel and proficient on Power BI/Qlik sense will be plus.
