Operations Assistant - Working Student (Wroclaw)

Docomo Verification department is looking for motivated and result-oriented students for the position of Operations Assistant - Working Student. We are responsible for testing and maintaining 5G gNB software, which is part of the System Verification level focused on NTT Docomo customers. We are proud to work for NTT Docomo, Japan's largest operator with over 40% market share. They are the world's first commercial multivendor O-RAN operator and a key 5G reference for Nokia.

You have:

Active status studentVery good English communication skills, both verbal and writtenPractical knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel are must have)Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork attitudeSelf-management and good organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism, responsibility and commitment to workProblem-solving skillsInitiative and willingness to constantly learn and developExperience working in a similar position will be an additional asset 
 

As part of our team, you will:

Provide assistant support at whole Department levelPrepare materials and presentations for meetings and eventsSupport onboarding for new employeesDatabase update about employee headcountCooperate within Competence Development GuildSupport of hardware ordering, allocation, and exchange processPrepare letters, reports, and other documents based on provided information and requirementsProvide administrative support and information to the teamsCoordinate and maintain the SharePoint community and other communication forums
