About the role
Work Location : 1Powerhouse, PJ, Selangor (5 mins walking distance from MRT Bandar Utama) Reporting To : Regional Operational Excellence Lead
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Global and Regional Leadership Teams to support the implementation of centrally defined and prioritized end-to-end processes. You’ll also play a key part in aligning priorities and creating synergies across strategic and operational initiatives. Additionally, you’ll guide and support Green Belts (sub-SLs) and Yellow Belts (specialists) throughout the implementation journey.
Key responsibilities
Value Creation & Tracking
Supports OE & process transformation agendas in Service Lines Helps prioritize and enable synergies in implementation of strategic/operational initiatives partnering with multifunction teams Provides visibility on all initiatives to ensure an alignment between top-down and bottom-up efforts Tracks value creation and govern transformation roadmap
Design & Implementation
Leads (with PMO support) the implementation of E2E processes prioritized and defined centrally Applies Lean Six Sigma thinking and best practices Brings innovation and latest solutions around process’, analytics and technology
Coaching & Training
Mentors Green Belts (sub-SLs) and Yellow Belts (specialists) during implementation of priorities Trains upfront and ad-hoc all colleagues involved in implementation of CE initiatives
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree (+ preferred Green & Black Belt Trained, Tested, Certified). Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence, with at least 3 years’ experience in a shared service environment. Strong Project Management and Project portfolio Management capabilities with more than 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced changing environment. Project Management experience in design, implementation, and administration of small to large scale process improvement and digital transformation projects. Possess knowledge of Automation and digital technologies.
