Main Responsibilities
Lead the Other Modern trade (exclude Makro) and LMT (East region) key account teams to deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets within budget.
Develop and implement strategic business plans of both OMT and LMT channels.
Strengthen relationships with key customers through collaborative engagement, value creation, and customer-centric solutions.
Identify and capture new business opportunities across front of house and back of house channels in OMT, and drive in-store excellence and merchandising standards.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to formulate actionable plans for both short-term wins and long-term growth.
Ensure efficient supply chain coordination, stock availability, and trade support for all assigned accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing to support business priorities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coach, mentor, and develop team capabilities.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
5-7 years of experience in key account management, preferably within Modern trade channel.
Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred
Experience in managing sales budgets and analyzing sales data.
Back of house business background will get more consideration
